4. Workforce SMS Program

RCA may send recurring operational text messages to employees and independent contractors who enroll in the program. Messages may concern work opportunities, assignments, confirmations, schedules, changes, cancellations, reminders, and staffing support. These messages are not marketing messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or contracting. A recipient who opts out may be required to use another RCA-approved communication method for work coordination.

RCA does not use the workforce SMS program to transmit student personal, educational, allergy, or medical information.
